- 随着球罐设计容积的增大,用分析法对其进行设计越来越必要。采用ABAQUS有限元程序,对3000m~3球罐的应力进行了分析计算。球罐内的介质为丙烷,球罐使用的材料为15MnNbR钢板。计算表明,球罐球壳部分的最大应力值为232MPa,小于材料的许用应力值,设备是安全的。球壳部分最大位移值为60.84mm。支柱部分最大应力值为319MPa,支柱最大位移为64.35mm。
With the increase of spherical tank capacity, it is more necessary to design spherical tanks by analytical method. The stress of a 3 000 m3 spherical tank has been analyzed applying ABAQUS finite element software. The storage medium in the tank is propane and the spherical tank is made of 15MnNbR steel plates. The calculation shows that the maximum stress in the spherical shell is 232 MPa, less than the permissible stress of the material, so that the equipment is safe; the maximum displacement in the spherical shell is 60.84 mm; the maximum stress in the struts is 319 MPa, while the maximum displacement of the struts is 64.35 mm.2008,4(4): 21-23,4 收稿日期:2007-11-7分类号:TE972作者简介:常秀芹(1969-),女,黑龙江密山人,工程师,1991年毕业于大庆石油学院,现从事天然气深冷液化装置的设备管理工作.参考文献:
