- 大庆采油十厂松花江取水站在使用近20年后出现了女儿墙根部整体开裂、泵房吊车梁边跨端支座墙体开裂、控制间变形缝分离、半圆形值班室与泵房的共用承重墙严重开裂及屋面渗漏等问题,对向采油区顺利供水造成了很大影响,必须对其进行加固改造。在分析了房屋结构病害的原因后,提出了采用后置钢筋混凝土梁柱等结构加固措施以及在原屋盖上方新增坡形钢屋盖的房屋渗漏处理方法,可供同类既有工程加固改造设计施工参考。
Since Songhuajiang Water-lifting Pumping Station of Tenth Oil Production Factory in Daqing Oilfield was put into service, some structural defects have appeared, such as integral cracking at the bottom of the parapet, cracking in the masonry wall supporting crane beam in the pump room, separation of deformation joint in the control room, severe cracking in the sharing wall between the semicircle controlling room and the pumping room, and leakage of roof. These problems affect water supply to the oil recovery zone, so they need to be solved. Based on the reason analysis on the structural defects, structural measures such as adopting post-building reinforced concrete beams and columns to strengthen structure and adding sloping steel roof above the original roof to deal with leakage are presented.
