非标准长圆形截面容器的应力分析与数值计算

- 长圆形截面容器广泛应用于石油化工等领域,具有双拉撑板加强的长圆形截面容器属于非标容器。为了解决其应力计算问题,针对其特殊结构建立了理论计算模型并进行了应力分析,推导出了适于工程设计的应力计算公式,并将计算结果与有限元分析结果进行对比。结果表明:理论值与数值解吻合较好;建立的有限元计算模型较为真实地反映了容器的受力情况;由此得出的应力分布规律较真实地反映了容器的应力分布,从而为工程设计提供了可参照的方法。
The pressure vessels with obround cross section are widely applied in petrochemical industry. The vessel with obround cross section reinforced by two pieces of supporting plates is not a customized vessel. To calculate its stresses, a theoretical computation model is established based upon its unique structure, and the stress calculation formula has been derived for engineering design. The comparison of the calculation results with the results of finite element analysis shows that the theoretical values correspond well with the numerical calculation. The established finite element model can truly reflect the force bearing of the vessel. Therefore, the stress distribution resulted from the numerical calculation is correct.
