摘要:: 针对建筑墙体抹灰层空鼓、裂缝、渗水等质量通病,胜利油田施工企业从国外引进了一种高效复合粘接剂,配制出一种全新的墙体抹灰材料。与普通水泥砂浆相比,该材料粘接性能和抗裂性能强,抗渗性、疏水性、保水性提高,环保性能好。文章介绍了这种新型抹灰材料的特性、配合比设计、抹灰层的结构、施工流程及施工工艺。
To solve the common quality problems such as hollows, cracks and water permeation in plaster layer of architectural wall, a construction enterprise at Shengli Oilfield introduces a kind of high efficient composite adhesive from abroad and confects a brand new kind of wall plaster material. Compared with ordinary sand cement mortar, this material has the stronger properties of bonding strength, crack resistance, impermeability, hydrophobicity, moisture-retaining property and environmental protection. The characteristics, mixing ratio design of the material as well as the plaster layer structure, construction flow and process are illustrated in this paper.
