山区长输管道施工中试压分段的技巧

摘要:: 由于山区地形复杂,地势起伏较大,山区长输管道试压前的分段既要考虑诸多因素以确保试压安全和便利,又要尽量减少分段的数量以缩短工期和降低施工成本,与平原地区相比,山区长输管道试压管段的划分要复杂得多。文章以榆林—济南输气管道榆阳段为例,介绍了山区长输管道试压分段的有关经验和做法。
Because of complex and rugged topography in mountainous region, dividing long distance pipeline into sections for pressure tests must consider many factors to assure pressure test safe and convenient, as well as to minimize number of sections so as to shorten construction period and reduce cost. Compared with in plain region, the pipeline section dividing in mountainous region is more complicated. This paper takes Yulin-Jinan gas transmission pipeline as an example to introduces the experience and method regarding the section dividing for long distance transmission pipeline pressure tests in mountainous region.
