- 输气管道线路各阀室安装的可燃气体探测器是检测气体泄漏、保护人民生命和财产安全的重要设备,误报警和不报警都会带来时间、人力、物力的浪费以及安全事故。针对某天然气管道安装的可燃气体探测器在使用中频繁出现误报警的情况,对基础显示数据进行了统计,分析了正常情况下误报警和有泄漏时不报警的原因,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
Combustible gas detectors installed at the valve chambers of the West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline are the important devices for detecting gas leakage and protecting people's lives and property. False alarm or failed to alarm will bring wastes of time, manpower and material resources even safety accidents. Aimed at the problem of frequent false alarms of combustible gas detectors installed in the West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline, the gathered basic data are analyzed to make clear the causes of false alarm under normal condition and failed to alarm in the case of gas leakage.
