大口径高压管道绝缘接头弹性应力分析

- 摘要:
- 大口径埋地管道输送高压介质时,除受到管道内压的影响,还受到周围土壤竖向、侧向土压力的作用。因此,用于连接阴极保护管段的管道绝缘接头的受力十分复杂。文章利用弹性应力求解方法,结合边界条件,同时考虑绝缘接头接口处的密封槽的应力集中情况,推导出了管道绝缘接头的径向、环向、剪切应力近似计算公式,用于绝缘接头的强度校核。实例计算表明,推导出的公式简单有效,具有一定的实用性。
When high pressure medium is transported by large-diameter buried pipeline, the pipeline is not only affected by the inner pressure of the pipeline, but also by the vertical and lateral earth pressures. The stress analysis of pipeline insulating joint for cathodic protection becomes very complex. Combing the elastic stress theory and the boundary conditions and considering the stress concentration at sealing groove of the insulating joint interface, the approximate formulas of the radial, hoop and shear stresses of the insulating joint are derived and applied to intensity check of the insulated joint.
