- 西气东输管道增输工程柳园压气站扩建工程的关键设备为2台GE压缩机,单台重量达1098 kN,具有重量大、就位精度要求高等特点,因该地区缺乏大型吊装设备,压缩机的吊装是该工程的重点和难点。中国石油天然气第一建设公司凭借丰富的压缩机吊装经验,经过对吊装方案的科学论证,选择2台NK-500E型50 t汽车吊和2台50 t千斤顶配合进行吊装,因地制宜地采用双吊双顶吊装工艺成功将压缩机就位,为同类大型设备的吊装提供了经典范例。
The key equipment in the Liuyuan compressor station expansion project of the West to East Gas Pipeline Increasing Transmission Project is the two large scale compressors,each of them weighs 1098 kN.Owing to lack of large scale lifting machine in that region,lifting and installing the compressors became a difficult key task.After the scientific demonstration of lifting scenarios,the cooperative lifting operation with two NK-500E 50 t autocranes and two 50 t jacks was carried out and the two compressors were successfully installed in place.This approach sets an example to lifting similar large scale equipment.2008,2(2): 68-70,8 收稿日期:2007-7-30分类号:TH213.6作者简介:方彪(1975-),男,四川荣县人,工程师,毕业于石油大学(华东),一直从事起重吊装技术工作。
