- 在长输管道建设中,需对焊口进行预热、后热和焊后热处理,针对野外施工的具体情况,结合国内长输管道焊口加热技术现状,研制出了管道焊接热处理设备。该设备包括高频感应加热电源、高频感应加热变压器和加热圈以及分布式微机温度控制系统三部分。介绍了高频感应加热电源的工作原理、电气结构等关键技术。管道焊接热处理设备具有体积小、重量轻、节省电能、空气冷却、双重电气隔离、使用安全等优点,是一种节能型、智能化的电加热设备,适合在野外长输管道建设中推广应用。
According to the field construction conditions and the domestic current technical status of long distance pipeline heat treatment,the heat treatment equipment for pipeline welding has been developed,which composes of a high frequency induction heating power source,a high frequency induction transformer and a distributed microcomputer temperature control system.The key techniques such as working principle and electrical structure of high frequency induction heating power source arepresented.This equipment has the advantages of small size,light weight,electric energy saving,air-cooling,dual electric isolation and safe operation.It is the energy-saving and intelligentized electric heating equipment suitable for field construction of long distance pipelines.2008,2(2): 50-52,6 收稿日期:2007-8-31分类号:TE973.3作者简介:陈炯(1951-),男,高级工程师,从事机电一体化设备研发,开发的关节型弧焊机器人和多功能逆变电源分别获国家知识产权局授予的发明专利和实用新型专利。参考文献:
