- 分析了稠油难脱水的根本原因,阐述了传统原油电脱水的方法及其应用于稠油脱水的局限性,详细介绍了国外在稠油电脱水方面的最新技术,即双频/双电压电脱水技术。该技术是根据具体原油的基本物性参数和原油电脱水的基本原理,对脱水电场进行优化,通过使用双频/双电压电源控制技术实现对优化电场的控制。与传统的电脱水技术相比,该技术取得了以下几方面的突破:(1)具有稳定的电力供给;(2)提高了电源的可利用效率;(3)可以选择最优电源输出信号。双频/双电压电脱水技术对我国的稠油脱水具有很好的参考价值。
This paper analyzes the fundamental cause of difficult dehydration of heavy oil,introduces the traditional methods of electric dehydration of crude oil and their limitations,and expatiates on the overseas newest technique of electric dehydration of heavy oil,i.e.the dual frequency/dual voltage electric dehydration technique.This technique is based on the basic physical properties of concrete crude oil and the fundamental principle of electric dehydration of heavy oil,and applies the dual frequency/dual voltage electric power control technique to realize the optimized electric field control.Compared with traditional methods,this technique has following breakthroughs: (1) providing steady electric power supply;(2) increasing usable efficiency of electric source;(3) selecting optimum output signal of electric source.The dual frequency/dual voltage technique can promote the domestic oil dehydration process.2008,2(2): 38-40,5 收稿日期:2007-8-22分类号:TE624.1作者简介:孟庆萍(1970-),女,辽宁盘锦人,副教授,2005年毕业于中国石油大学(北京)油气储运专业,获硕士学位,现在辽宁工程技术大学从事教学与科研工作。参考文献:
