- 在交流电磁场检测(ACFM)中,为了实现可视化的检测,其信号应经过硬件处理和软件处理。文章针对ACFM信号的特点,利用互相关原理,在Labview平台上设计了一种以测量相位差为核心的ACFM信号处理程序,该程序能够很好地测量信号的相位差,信号经处理后实现了可视化。所设计的程序简单,易于实现,对噪声有很强的抗干扰能力,并且减少了硬件使用,降低了电路的复杂性,节约了成本。
To realize visualized detection of alternating current field measurement (ACFM),signals must be processed with hardware and software.According to the characters of ACFM and applying the principle of cross correlation,a signal processing program with the kernel of phase difference measurement was designed on Labview platform and the signal visualization was realized.The program is simple and easy to be put into practice.It has strong anti-interference capability,and reduces hardware and circuit complexity and cost as well.2008,2(2): 1-3 收稿日期:2007-6-6分类号:TE973.6;TG115.28基金项目:国家高技术研究发展专项经费资助项目(2002AA616060)作者简介:王泽新(1973-),男,山东阳信人,工程师,2006年毕业于中国石油大学(华东)机械电子工程专业,硕士研究生,主要从事机械设计及海洋工程无损检测技术方面的研究工作。参考文献:
