- 文章结合独山子石化1000万t/a炼油及100万t/a乙烯工程动力站项目工程建设实际和项目执行策略,从EPC合同签订前的准备、总承包范围约定及合同执行过程中的监控等方面介绍了动力站EPC总承包工程的管理经验,以期为国内工程项目建设推行EPC总承包提供借鉴。
Based on the construction practice of the power station of the 1 000×104 t/a oil refining and 100×104 t/a ethane project in Dushanzi Petrochemical Corporation as well as the project implementation strategy,this paper presents management experience of the power station EPC project with respect to preparation prior to signing contract,promissory range of general contract and supervision of contract implementation.It is expected that the experience is worth learning for carrying out domestic EPC projects.2008,1(1): 78-80 收稿日期：2007-11-18分类号：F426.72作者简介：严敏(1968-),男,1992年毕业于大连理工大学,工程师,从事工程项目建设综合管理工作.参考文献：
