- 针对HK-250钻机旋转接头泥浆跑漏和主轴偏离中心线问题,从分析HK-250钻机旋转接头内部结构入手,查找造成泥浆跑漏和主轴偏离中心线的原因,进而提出改进措施,将DD-14OB钻机的旋转接头改装在HK-250钻机上。改进后的旋转接头在施工中发挥了更好的作用,既避免了泥浆跑漏,也解决了因旋转接头带来的控向不精确问题。
Through analyzing interior structure of the rotating joint of HK-250 drilling machine,the causes of mud leakage and main shaft departure from center line were investigated,and the improvement measure was provided that is replacing the rotating joint of HK-250 by the rotating joint of DD-14OB drilling machine.The improved rotating joint has a better performance.It avoids mud leakage and solves the problem of imprecise drilling direction control induced by rotating joint.2008,1(1): 57-58 收稿日期:2007-7-26分类号:TE921作者简介:刘洪兵(1969-),男,辽宁大连人,工程师,1992年毕业于抚顺石油学院(现名辽宁石油化工大学),主要从事管道穿越施工技术工作.
