在役集输管道补焊接头的拉伸性能研究

- 当集输管道泄漏或穿孔尺寸比较小时,往往采用现场补焊的方法进行抢修。为了保证补焊的焊接质量,从而保证管道的安全运行,研究了在役油气输送管道补焊接头的拉伸性能。首先设计了相应的拉伸试样,进而对试验结果进行了对比分析,得到补焊焊缝的极限承载应力,为补焊管道的安全评价提供了依据。
In the case of small leakage or small size perforation of gathering pipeline,field patching approach is often adopted in doing rush repair.For ensuring the patching welding quality and consequently ensuring the safe pipeline operation,the tensile property of the patched joint of an in-service gathering pipeline was studied.The relevant tensile test specimens were designed and tested;then the test results were compared and analyzed to obtain the ultimate bearing stress.The study provides the basis for safety evaluation of patching pipeline.2008,1(1): 42-45 收稿日期:2007-11-1分类号:TE973作者简介:刘涛(1970-),男,辽宁开原人,1994年毕业于西安石油学院焊接专业,现就读于辽宁石油化工大学石油与天然气工程专业,攻读工程硕士,高级工程师,任辽河石油勘探局油建一公司副经理,长期从事石油化工装置的安装、石油天然气集输系统工程及油气长输管道工程的施工和管理工作.参考文献:
