应当重视外防腐涂层维护周期的研究

- 在防腐涂层的使用中,人们习惯上关心的是涂层的使用寿命,即涂层从投入使用到完全失去保护功能的时间段,由此导致了涂层对基材不能实现最有效最经济的保护。文章介绍了外防腐涂层失效的主要表现形式,并对涂层失效的原因进行分析,提出了外防腐涂层维护周期的概念以及研究涂层维护周期的两种方法,建议在防腐涂料的使用中逐步用涂层的维护周期替代使用寿命。
With regard to anticorrosion coating application,people concern customarily the “service life”of coating,which is the time period from the coating being put into use to entirely losing its protective function,so that the coating is unable to realize the most effective and economical protection against base material corrosion.This paper depicts the main failure patterns of external anticorrosion coating,analyses the reasons of coating failure,puts forward the concept of “maintenance period”of external anticorrosion coating and two investigation methods.It suggests substituting gradually the concept of “maintenance period”for “service life” in anticorrosion coating application.2008,1(1): 40-41 收稿日期：2007-8-25分类号：TG174作者简介：徐忠苹(1979-),男,山东东营人,工程师,2004年毕业于天津大学化工学院,硕士研究生,现从事防腐蚀涂料的研究开发工作.
