- 高温直埋大口径保温管道属于隐蔽工程,保温管制作是整个工程的基础,加强保温管制作过程的质量控制和成品检验,对于保证工程质量极其重要。文章从钢管除锈、聚氨酯保温层制作、玻璃钢外护层制作、玻璃钢的固化时间等方面介绍了大口径玻璃钢外护直埋保温管预制过程中经常遇到的一些技术问题及其解决方法,提出了制作过程中应重点监控的检测项目。
Directly buried high temperature thermal insulation pipeline with large diameter is a concealed work and the thermal insulation pipe manufacture is fundamental to the whole project.Enhancing the quality control and product inspection in the course of manufacturing is crucial to guarantee the project quality.This paper stresses some technical problems encountered in the manufacture of directly buried high temperature thermal insulation pipeline with large diameter in aspects of steel pipe derusting,manufacture of polyurethane thermal insulation layer and FRP external protective layer,solidifying time of FRP,and so on.Also,the problem solving methods and the inspection items needing more monitoring and controlling in the manufacturing course are put forward.2008,1(1): 33-35 收稿日期:2007-8-23分类号:TU995.3作者简介:张红磊(1978-),男,河南郑州人,工程师,2004年毕业于天津大学材料学院,硕士研究生,现从事防腐保温等油气田节能技术研究工作.参考文献:
