- 阿尔及利亚凝析油项目的一座储罐外加电流阴极保护系统出现故障:外加电流阴极保护系统输出电流过大和开路电位出现异常。通过采用多种手段对该故障进行测试分析,最终确定由于阳极电缆的罐外部分与地短接,并通过大地与罐底阴极形成回路从而引起系统不能正常运行。经排除故障,系统恢复了正常工作。
A malfunction happened in an impressed current cathodic protection system for tank bottom in an Algeria condensate oil project is analyzed. The possible reasons which may cause large current output and abnormal potential are investigated. Field testing is carried out and the obtained data are analyzed to verify the reason.
