- 容器设备接管是容器设备的重要结构之一,因接管部位的几何结构变化大而导致该部位应力集中,因此接管焊缝易产生裂纹。文章结合工程实例,从容器接管的材质、结构形式对焊缝性质及焊缝外部受力环境等的影响,分析了容器接管焊缝易产生裂纹的原因,提出了一套减少容器接管焊缝产生裂纹的工艺措施,并在工程中成功应用。
Vessel connected tube is an important kind of structure. In the connected part of the tube, the geometrical structure changes and may result in stress concentration at the part and is easy to produce cracks in tube weld. Combined with the engineering example, this paper analyzes the crack occurrence causes in vessel connected tube welds in aspects of the effect of tube material and structural form on weld property as well as the influence of external forces on welds, puts forward a set of process measures to reduce cracks in the tube welds.
