- 管道大功率激光焊接技术是新近出现的一种新技术,具有深熔焊接的优势。文章介绍了API 5L X100管道钢采用8 kW大功率光纤激光器进行焊接的试验研究,分析了焊缝的几何形状、传导与深熔焊接模式之间的过渡。试验结果表明:当激光热量输入大于600 J/mm,且体积能量大于400 J/mm3时,深熔模式成为焊接的主要模式,深宽比显著增加,焊缝表现为圆锥形;而传导模式焊接时,焊缝形状为典型的椭球形。
High-power laser welding technique for pipeline construction is a new kind of technology and possesses the advantage of deep penetration welding. This paper introduces the study on welding experience of API 5L X100 pipe steel with a 8 kW high-power optical fiber laser, analyzes weld bead geometry and transi-tion between conduction mode and deep penetration welding mode. And it concludes that the deep penetration mode will be the major mode if laser heat input is greater than 600 J/m and volume energy is greater than 400 J/mm3 , the ratio of depth to width increases remarkably, and weld bead has a conic form; but in the conduction mode, weld bead has a typical ellipsoidal form.2009,06(06): 50-51 收稿日期:2008-12-24分类号:TE973.3作者简介:杨天冰(1974-),男,黑龙江青冈人,工程师,1996年毕业于承德石油高等专科学校焊接专业,主要从事长输油气管道焊接工艺及相关设备的科研管理和技术开发工作。
