穿越大江大河卵石层用的盾构泥浆

- 盾构机穿越大江大河地质复杂的卵石层时,因地层水压大,透水性强等特点,易造成地层坍塌、刀盘被卡等事故,影响施工工期。文章结合隧道穿越工程,在阐述了常规泥浆循环工艺及其在穿越卵石层应用中存在问题的基础上,提出了穿越卵石层泥浆应满足的要求,并配制了两种泥浆,成功地在工程中得到了应用。
In great river crossing construction in complex pebble stratum area with shield construction machine, accidents such as stratum collapse and cutter head stuck are easy to happen because of high hydraulic pressure in the stratum, high hydraulic permeability, and so on, which lead to prolong construction period. Combined with the practice of a tunnel crossing project, this paper describes the traditional mud recycle process and its application problems in pebble stratum crossing construction and puts forward requirement to mud performance.
