- 国内钢板桩的防腐设计及施工主要依据JTS 153-3-2007《海港工程钢结构防腐蚀技术规范》,由于该规范涉及面广,因此对于防腐涂料及涂层的性能要求不够全面深入,从而给防腐设计及施工带来了不确定性。文章结合国内实际情况和现场经验,针对防腐涂料选择及其质量控制、作业环境、作业过程质量控制和涂膜最终检验等方面,列出了钢板桩涂层防腐应注意的一些问题,并提出了相应的措施和建议。
In China, anticorrosion design and construction of steel sheet piles are mainly according to JTS 153-3-2007 "Technical Specification for Corrosion Protection of Steel Structures for Sea Port Construction". Because the specification has a relative large applicative scope, it is unable to elaborate the requirements for anticorrosion coating performance and therefore brings some indeterminacy to anticorrosion design and con- struction. Based on the domestic situation and field experience, this paper summarizes some issues needing attention on anticorrosion coating of steel sheet piles regarding anticorrosion material selection and quality control, operation environment, coating film quality control during operation and final examination, and so on.
