- 为了防止LNG储罐在水压试验时内罐的腐蚀,内罐壁板和底板一般采用涂低锌硅酸盐底漆、外加电流保护以及焊缝覆盖等3种防腐方法。文章从操作性、防腐效果、经济性等方面对以上3种常用的防腐方法进行了分析比较,在此基础上提出了内罐板材涂低锌硅酸盐底漆是一种比较实用的防腐方法。
For preventing corrosion of the inner tank of a LNG tank during hydraulic pressure testing, there are generally three kinds of anticorrosion methods i.e. inner tank wall and bottom sheets coated with low zinc silicate as primer, impressed current protection and weld covered with anticorrosion tape.
