高温管道冷紧施工中冷紧口焊接组对质量的控制

- 高温蒸汽管道的补偿器附近要设置冷紧口,但有关设计规范只规定冷紧口位置应设在便于施工(如靠近平台、梁柱等)和管道弯矩较小处,因此冷紧口位置的设计常会出现不合理的情况,导致冷紧时冷紧口难以组对焊接。文章结合某石化公司中压蒸汽管道冷紧施工的实际,阐述了通过冷紧口移位来解决冷紧口组对焊接难的问题。结果表明:按原设计冷紧口位置进行施工,组对一道冷紧口需要4个工日,而移位后仅用不到2个工日。
Cold tightening joint should be set up near the compensator of high temperature steam pipeline, but the relevant design code only stipulates that cold tightening joint should be positioned in the places favourable to welding and operation. Therefore, the design of cold tightening joint position may be unreasonable so as to bring difficulty to cold tightening assembly. Based on the cold tightening construction of the medium pressure steam pipeline owned by a petrochemical company, this paper expatiates on the method of shifting cold tightening joint to overcome welding difficulty.
