- 贵州开磷矿浆管道的丁家田跨越采用悬索跨越结构,按设计要求,主索锚固墩必须置于未风化岩层中,因工程地质条件不满足设计要求,主索锚固墩须向山体内部移位。文章阐述了主索锚固墩移位后,主索线形的确定方法、主索的下料计算以及施工工艺等内容。采用该方法进行计算和施工,主索挠度符合设计要求,保证了施工质量。
The suspension cable structure is applied in Dinjiatian crossing of the phosphorite slurry pipeline of Guizhou Kaiyang Phosphorite Group Company. The design requires that the main cable abutments must be placed in unweathered terrane, but the engineering geological conditions on site don’t meet the design requirement so that the main cable abutments must be shifted into the hill with more distance. This paper illustrates the line pattern determination method of the main cables after the abutment shift, the length calculation of the main cables and their installation process.
