- 对新颁布的SY 4200-2007《石油天然气建设工程施工质量验收规范通则》进行了研究分析,通过与传统的质量检验评定标准比较,介绍了新规范的主要变化,分析了实施过程中存在的问题,并对规范的推行工作提出了建议。
This paper studies the newly issued "Code for Quality Acceptance of Oil and Gas ConstructionEngineering General Rule". By comparing it with the traditional quality inspection and assessment standards,the main alterations in the new code areanalyzed and the suggestions on the codeindicated.
