- 钢质管道错边未焊透已经作为焊接缺陷列入X射线检测焊缝质量等级评定。现行的-些标准规范对于钢质管道错边量的规定过松,易导致焊缝合格率下降,增加返修率。在修订标准规范时,笔者认为应以管道壁厚作为规定管道对口错边量的主要依据。
Incomplete fusionweld quality grade assessment byof misaligned steel pipe edges, as a welding defect, hasmeansof X-ray detection. Insomebeen listed into thecodes, the prescrip-dons on misalignment valuesare loose, so that it leads to the drop ofactive standards andwelding qualified rateand the increase ofrepairtakenrate.
