国外大型浮顶储罐泄漏性试验技术探讨

- 目前,我国国家标准和美国石油协会标准对浮顶罐的浮顶泄漏性试验均无具体要求。由中国石油天然气第-建设公司承建的阿尔及利亚500万t/a凝析油项目的5台6万m3浮顶储罐,业主提出对浮顶储罐进行泄漏性试验的要求,文章介绍了首次尝试性地对大型浮顶储罐浮顶进行的泄漏性试验,论述了泄漏性试验的两种方案,通过对每种方案技术问题的探讨,提出了国外大型浮顶储罐泄漏性试验仍存在的-些问题和疑义。
At present, there is no concrete requirement for leakage test of floating roof tank demanded byChina national standards or American Society of Petroleum standards. In the constructionof five 6 x 104 m3 floating roof tanks of the 500x104 t/a condensate oil project in Algeria, China Petroleum First Construction Co.explores the leakage test of the floating roof tanks for the first time in order to response the ownerment.
