- EPC总承包商需要进行团队建设,构建-种氛围,以对参加项目的员工个人技能和协作能力进行管理,提高团队成员的工作能力和相互配合能力,提升管理的效率和有效性。EPC总承包商可以从八个方面进行团队建设,并在团队建设中关注风险,加强风险监控与管理,从而确保团队建设有效、项目取得成功。
For guaranteeing thesuccessof projects, EPC general contractors need to develop the team sothat they can manage the staff in technical skill and co-operation capability,improve the working ability of the staff,and upgrade the efficiency of the management.
