国际石油工程采购催交催运关键条款分析

- 国际工程中跨境采购占采购总金额比例高、监管难度大,交货延迟现象时有发生,对按时完成工程造成重大影响的概率明显高于境内采购,直接制约完工时间。为改善国内企业在跨境采购中签单容易收货难的局面,笔者根据多年从事海外石油工程项目的工作经验以及与外籍专业催交师的交流,搜集、分析并总结了利于催交催运的采购合同条款,与国际石油工程项目跨境采购者进行交流,共同提高对法律手段的认识和应用技巧,以期达到减少交货延误、降低国际总承包项目工期风险和成本风险的目标。
In overseas projects, international purchasing, which contributes a large portion to total pur-chasing amount,delays very often and is hard to supervise. To solve the problem, the author collected,lyzed and summarized expediting-favorite contract articles, alsocommunicated with foreign experts to help purchasers to improve understanding of related legal weapon andits using techniques.
