- 60万m3原油商业储备库是国家"十-五"重点工程"独山子1 000万t/a炼油及120万t/a乙烯技术改造工程"的首座现代化原油储备库,工程总投资3.4亿元,该项目工程量大,工期紧,为了安全、优质、按期完成施工任务,项目部精心组织,统筹施工,采取了多种技术和管理措施,按期、保质、保量完成了中交任务。文章介绍了该项目成功管理的-系列做法。
The 60x104 m3 commercial crude oil depot project was characterized by a total investment of3.4x108 yuan RMB and a large amount of engineering quality and tight schedule. In order to accomplish theconstruction task under the way of safety, high quality and on schedule, many technical and managerial mea-sures were adopted and the construction task was completed successfully.
