- 针对兰州石化公司15万t/a浓硝酸装置中主体框架的地面及地沟防腐蚀耐酸花岗岩板大面积脱落现象,根据装置现场状况,分析了其产生脱落及失效的原因。结合近年来耐蚀树脂及粘接工艺的发展,探讨了该类装置耐酸花岗岩板材防腐的优选砌衬施工工艺,解决了浓硝酸装置区混凝土框架地面和地沟的抗渗性和耐蚀性问题,提高了防腐层的整体强度,从而延长了浓硝酸装置的维检修周期,减少了维护成本。
According to the site situation, the reason for large area breaking off of acid proof graniteplates located on the main structure floor and in the trench of the 15x104 t/a concentrated nitric acid equip-ment in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is analyzed. Combined with the current developments of corrosion re-sistance resin and adhesive process, the optimal lining construction process of acid proof granite plates forsuch kind of equipment has been explored and the problems of impermeability and corrosion resistance of theconcrete structure floor and trench in the concentrated nitric acid equipment zone have been solved and theintegral strength of the anticorrosion layer has been increased.
