- 大口径管道泡沫夹克防腐保温"-步法"生产过程中,保温层成型及偏心问题-直未能得到很好的解决。文章从生产设备、保温材料、生产工艺、生产环境等方面进行深入分析,对挤出机机头、纠偏机、水冷定径套、传动线进行了研制和改进,分析了聚氨酯泡沫在施工中易产生的问题,提出了相应的解决办法,总结出了大口径管道防腐保温"-步法"施工的工艺参数及其控制方法,并成功地在原油输送管道防腐保温施工中大批量应用,达到了满意的效果。
During the manufacturingcourse of large-dliameter pipeline with anticorrosion coating andheat-insulation foam layerby“one-step method",the problems about hea[-insulation layer forming andshaft-eccentricity have not been solved thoroughly. Basedon the deep analysis onheat-insulation materials, production process and environment, thistruder, eccentricity rectifier, water-cooling sheath and driving line,paper describesthe production equipment,the improvements for ex-puts forward a practicaproblems easy to raise inpolyurethane foam construction, andsummarizesthe constructionble solution for theprocess parametersand control measures of the one-step method.
