- 独山子120万t/a乙烯改扩建工程的8台15万t/a乙烯裂解炉辐射段炉管采用了惠生专利炉管G-X45NiCrSiNb45-35,文章结合现场焊接施工实际,介绍了G-X45NiCrSiNb45-35高铬镍铸造耐热钢的焊接性能,论述了焊接方法和焊接材料的选择,给出了焊接工艺参数,分析了焊接要点和难点。
G-X45NiCrSiNb45-35 steel tubes are used for eight 15x104 t/a ethylene cracking furnaces inDushanzi 120x104 t/a Ethylene Extension Project. Combined with field welding practice, this paper discussesthe welding performance of the high chromated nickel cast refractory steel G-X45NiCrSiNb45-35, as well asthe selection of its welding method and welding materials, presents the welding process parameters and ana-lyzes key welding technical points and difficulties.2009,5(5): 26-28 收稿日期：2008-11-21分类号：TQ221.211
