- 在油田集输管道施工中,输送的介质和周围土壤对金属管道具有不同程度的腐蚀性,特别是沼泽地区的,管道外部腐蚀更为严重,影响了管道的使用寿命。由于钢骨架复合管具有耐腐蚀、抗老化、抗冻、耐热、轻质、安装快捷、安装质量受环境影响小等优点,被广泛应用到单井管道和集输干线中。文章根据近几年在二连油田林4断块单井管道(钢骨架复合管)的施工经验,介绍了钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管的施工方法、施工要点及注意事项。
Steel framework composite pipes have the advantages such as corrosion resistance, anti-aging,antifreezing, heat resistance, light, easy to nstall and less environmental influence on installation quality.Therefore, they have widely been applied in single well pipelines and transportation pipelines.
