- 介绍了管架的功能及其与管道的关系,论述了刚性管架和柔性管架的设计理论与思路,提出了刚性管架和柔性管架的位移判别方法以及刚性管架的最小截面公式,通过上述方法将-个单元内的管架精确划分为刚性活动管架和柔性活动管架进行设计,与均按刚性活动管架设计相比,可节约工程费用。
This paper introduces the function of sliding pipe rack and its relation to pipeline. It describesthe design theory and ideas of the rigid pipe rack and the flexible pipe rack. The displacement method of dis-tinguishing the rigid pipe rack and the flexible pipe rack as well as the minimum cross-section formula of therigid pipe rack are presented, thus a set of pipe racks can accurately be divided into rigid sliding pipe racksand flexible sliding pipe racks for pipe rack design.
