- 摘要:
- 在洞库通风或储罐收发油期间,罐内空间及通气系统的压力、温度、湿度将发生变化。如果储罐通气系统设计或操作运行不当,将影响储罐正常运行甚至引发事故。文章依据洞库储罐通气系统阻力损失压降及呼吸通气压力变化规律,通过分析洞库内外环境温度和湿度变化所形成的冷凝液量及其积聚状况,指出洞库储罐呼吸通气系统可能出现压力超限以及由此造成储油罐安全隐患等问题,并提出防治这些隐患的措施。
According to the pressure drop resulted from flow friction and the breathing pressure variationrule in oil depot cavern, the condensed liquid accumulating in tank breathing tubes caused by environmenttemperature and humidity changes is analyzed. It is pointed out that the pressure at the breathing system wouldgo beyond the limit during breathing processing and cause hidden dangers to oil storage safety.
