冲击荷载作用下埋地管道基于应变的力学分析

- 随着管道的设计压力、钢级和口径的大幅度提高以及敷设环境向恶劣地区扩展,传统的应力设计已经不能完全满足工程需要,为此介绍了应变设计的理念,并且与传统的应力设计进行了比较。研究了冲击荷载的作用机理和对管道的危害,提出了冲击荷载作用下的最大应变计算方法,给出了临界环向屈曲应力,编制了表面荷载作用下埋地管道的校核程序,通过算例介绍了使用该程序计算管道受力情况的方法。
With the great increases of design pressure, steel grade and diameter of pipelines as well asthe pipeline laying extended to worse environment, the traditional stress based design method is no longer to satisfy engineering needs completely. Therefore the strain based design method is introduced and comparedwith the stress based design method in this paper. The action mechanism and damage of impact load on buriedpipeline are investigated. The calculation method of maximum strain under the impact load is put forward andthe critical ring buckling stress is obtained.
