提高中原油田油气集输系统效率的有效做法

摘要:: 中原油田油气产量逐年递减、含水量大幅度上升,到2007年出现了比较严重的原有油气集输系统油气处理能力过剩、能耗高、效率低的问题。针对这种情况,开展了对油气集输系统的优化改造,经过总体规划、区域优化,采用高效节能设备、耐腐蚀复合管和油气混输泵等措施,使系统的节能指标大为改善。
With the annual oil and gas output continuously decreasing and the water content in oil increasing to a great extent in Zhongyuan Oilfield,the problems including surplus oil and gas treatment capacity,high energy consumption and low efficiency of the existing oil and gas gathering and transporting system have arisen since 2007.To solve such problems,the optimization and reformation of the system have been carried out.After taking the measures such as making overall planning and local optimization as well as using high efficiency energy saving equipment,anticorrosion composite pipes and oil-gas transport pumps,the energy saving index of the oil and gas gathering and transporting system has been improved greatly.
