摘要:: 分析了大型储罐双盘浮顶焊接变形的原因,结合钢结构组装、焊接防变形的经验,将大型双盘浮顶平整度控制作为技术攻关重点,制定了组装、焊接程序,并通过施工实践加以改进,保证了工程质量。
The welding deformation reasons of the double-deck floating roof of a large storage tank are analyzed.Based on the experience of anti-deformation in steel structure assembly and welding constructions,the planeness control of the double-deck floating roof of the large storage tank is considered as the key technical problem to be tackled.The corresponding assembly and welding procedures are worked out and improved through construction practice,thus the engineering quality can be guaranteed.
