- 超厚卵石层的穿越一直是定向钻的难题,中石化承建的洛阳至驻马店成品油管道在洛阳东南采用定向钻成功穿越黄河,其卵石层厚度超过30m。本项目采用了两端加钢套管、用两台钻机在中间对接的穿越方案,实施过程中成功地解决了在卵石中倾斜顶进钢套管,以及在砂岩中对接管道的难题。本定向钻穿越的成功,标志着在超厚卵石层的定向钻穿越技术取得了较大的进展。
Pipeline crossing in ultra-thick pebble layer is always a hard task in directional drilling.The Project of Luoyang-Zhumadian Product Pipeline Crossing Yellow River in southeast Luoyang has successfully been fulfilled by SINOPEC,where the thickness of pebble layer is more than 30m.In this project,the crossing scheme adopted was that using steel casings and two drillers at both ends of the drilling route for drilling operation and then for hole interconnection in the middle.In the construction,some difficult problems were overcome,such as inclined pushing steel casings in pebble layer and pipeline interconnection in gravel layer.This successful project started on March 20th,2006 and completed on Sept.29th,which symbolized the great technical progress of directional drilling in ultra-thick pebble layers.2009,4(4): 28-31 收稿日期：2009-4-8分类号：TE973.4作者简介：彭云超(1975- ),男,四川隆昌人,工程师,1999年毕业于西南石油学院油气储运工程专业,从事长输管道工程设计工作.参考文献：
