管壁厚度非开挖TEM评价方法在胜利油田现河采油厂的应用效果

- 管壁厚度TEM评价方法是一种不同于其他地面检测的方法,其优点是非开挖、不影响管道正常运行,可在地表对管道平均壁厚进行检测。文章结合胜利油田现河采油厂的实践,阐述了管壁厚度TEM检测系统的基本工作原理、现场检测方法及现场检测结果,并把检测结果与现场开挖验证结果进行比较,证明了TEM评价方法是一种有效的管壁厚度无损检测方法。
TEM evaluation method for pipe wall thickness is a different method from other surface inspection methods and has the advantages such as non-excavation, no influence on normal pipeline running and performing inspection for average pipe wall thickness on surface. With the inspection practice at Xianhe Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield, this paper expatiates on the fundamental working principle of the TEM inspection system for pipe wall thickness, the inspection method and field inspection results.
