松南气田外输管道工程焊接质量控制

- 松南气田外输管道工程是松南气田10亿m3/a燃气产能建设项目配套工程的重点、难点。在管道焊接施工中,通过实施有效的气孔、夹渣控制措施,不但按时完成了任务,而且保证了施工质量。焊口X射线检测一次合格率为97.3%,超声波检测一次合格率为99.4%,管道通球、试压一次成功,投产一次成功。
The Gas Transmission Pipeline Project in Songnan Gas Field is a major and difficult task of the matching subproject of the 10×108 m3 natural gas production capacity-building project in Songnan Gas Field. In the pipeline welding construction, with the effective measures to control welding bubbles and enclosed slag, the welding task was fulfilled on schedule and the welding quality was ensured. The primary qualified rate of welds was 97.3% by X-ray detection and 99.4% by ultrasonic testing.
