- 结合长岭—株洲成品油管道长沙湘江定向钻穿越工程实例,介绍了管道在湘江复杂地质条件下穿越的设计与施工,论述了穿越设计方案的优化选择、顶进钢套管穿越卵石层、导向孔在硬质花岗岩岩层内钻进与对接、双钻机两端同步扩孔工艺、海缆与管道同孔回拖施工及定向钻穿越泥浆工艺等的技术创新与实践,为定向钻穿越技术的应用和发展提供了新的实践资料。
In combination with the directional drilling project of Xiangjiang River crossing of Chang-Zhu Product Pipeline in Changsha, this paper introduces the pipeline crossing design and construction in the complex geological conditions of Xiangjiang River. It discusses optimal selection of crossing design scenarios,crossing pebble stratum by using pushing steel casing, pilot hole drilling and connecting in hard granite stratum,synchronization reaming from both sides with double drilling machines, submarine cable and pipeline back-towing in one hole, and mud process for directional drilling.
