- 大型储罐(5万m3以上)浮顶单盘母材一般是薄板,厚度通常为4.5~5mm,面积大,焊缝密度高,所以很难控制焊后产生的波浪变形。文章阐述大型浮顶储罐单盘采用临时架台法进行安装时,控制浮顶单盘双面满焊焊接波浪变形的一系列工艺措施,实施这些措施可使焊接波浪变形比一般的自由收缩法大为减少,外观质量得到了显著的改善。
The mother plates of single deck of a large-scale floating roof tank (over 5 × 104 m3)are generally of thin plates with thickness of 4.5~5 mm. Owing to the big welding area and weld density of the tank,its wavy deformation after welding is very difficult to control. A series of process measures to control the single deck wavy deformation during double-faced full welding when using temporary platform method for installing the single deck is presented in this paper.
