原油储罐保温存在的问题及其应对措施

- 为满足工艺要求,原油储罐通常都要进行保温,保温也是节约能源降低能耗的有效措施。文章在阐述目前原油储罐保温通常做法及其存在问题的基础上,从材料、设计、施工、监督等方面提出了一些观点和见解,认为:只要保温施工严格按照设计文件要求的规范进行;重视对保温材料的质量控制,加强监督抽查检查;加强对储罐保温新材料和新结构的研究应用,就一定能全面提升保温质量。
Thermal insulation of crude oil storage tanks is commonly required to meet the technological process and to save energy and reduce energy consumption. In this paper, the methods commonly used at present in heat preservation of crude oil tanks and their problems are described, then some viewpoints and opinions are provided in respects of materials, design, construction and supervision etc. It is considered that heat preservation quality can be improved and ensured as long as fulfilling the heat preservation construction strictly in accordance with the codes demanded by design documents, paying much more attentions to quality control of heat preservation materials, and enhancing research and application of new heat preservation materials structures.2009,03(03): 37-40 收稿日期:2008-6-2分类号:TE972.5作者简介:张红磊(1978-),男,河南郑州人,工程师,2004年毕业于天津大学材料学院,硕士研究生,现从事防腐保温等油气田节能技术研究工作。参考文献:
