- 文章通过重车碾压的土层压力试验,总结出车辆载荷引起土层应力的分布规律,建立了重车碾压对管道影响的有限元分析模型,提出了应力在土壤中沿深度方向变化的计算公式,计算了管道安全的最低埋设深度。现场测试与数值计算表明:对埋深大于1.5m且上覆土层均匀密实的管道,车辆荷载导致的管道附加应力值一般小于0.1MPa,与管道强度和管道内气压相比,不会造成管道的疲劳破坏。
Through the soil pressure test by rolling action of a heavy loading truck, the distribution rule of soil layer stresses was summarized. A finite element analysis model was established.
