- 在盾构法隧道穿越工程中,盾尾密封是保证盾构掘进隧道与掘进面完全隔离的关键性控制部位,一旦密封损坏,将会造成盾尾涌水涌砂,给掘进施工造成困难,甚至直接影响到人员、设备的安全。文章分析了以往盾构掘进中盾尾密封涌水涌砂的原因,针对地层松散、流动性强、强透水、高水压等情况,成功地摸索出一套行之有效的盾尾密封安装与施工技术。该技术在黄石长江盾构掘进中应用,有效地解决了盾尾密封涌水涌砂问题。
In the project of tunnel crossing Yangtze River at Huangshi by shield tunneling method, shield tail seal is an essential control part that guarantees the isolation between the tunnel and the heading face. Once the seal is damaged, water and sand gushing will occur and make tunneling construction very difficult, even affect safety of personnel and equipment. This paper analyzes in detail the reasons of water and sand gushing in shield tail based on the previous shield tunneling experience, brings forward a set of effective in- stallation and construction techniques of shield tail seal to solve tunnel crossing problems under the unfavor- able conditions such as ravel formation as well as high fluidity, permeability and water pressure.
