- 针对福建某LNG低温储罐内罐底板的十字焊缝,对LNG储罐内罐底板与环板在排板时三块板之间的焊缝距离进行了讨论。在LNG储罐的设计规范中明确要求三块底板之间的焊缝距离必须满足不小于300mm的要求(即不出现十字焊缝),但对两块底板与一块环板组成的三块板是否也应满足上述要求没有明确的规定,从焊缝的疲劳强度、应力的分布等方面考虑,底板与环板都属于内罐底板,环板由于承受壁板的重力更应该重视,在排板过程中应避免十字焊缝的出现。最后对十字焊缝提出了修改方案。
Considering the cross welds appeared at the bottom plates of the inner tank of a LNG low tem- perature storage tank in Fujian Province, this paper discusses the weld gap arrangement among three of bottom plates and annular plates of an inner tank. The design code for LNG tank demands that the weld gaps among the three plates must be not less than 300 mm to avoid cross welds, but it does not give clear definition about the gaps among two bottom plates and one annular plate. From the viewpoint of fatigue strength and stress dis- tribution of welds, all bottom plates and annular plates belong to inner tank bottom plates, and annular plates that bear the tank wall weight should be put more attention to avoid cross welds.
