- 介绍了长北TPO改造项目的基本情况,结合项目管理实践分析了TPO改造项目EPC合同特点和项目运行控制管理的特点,提出了承担EPC总承包项目时,承包商应加强和完善的管理环节,包括:重视合同管理,努力培养高素质的合同管理人才;加强总承包企业的HSE管理文化建设;建立总承包企业自身的技术及质量标准,全方位提升企业的管理水平;加强电气仪表专业力量以及国际采购能力等。
The article gives a general description of the TPO upgrade project, analyzes the features of the EPC contract and the project control on the basis of execution of project management. It proposes the manage- ment aspects that should be strengthened and improved when undertaking similar EPC contracts.
