独山子石化工程建设项目超限设备物流管理探讨

- 新疆独山子千万吨炼油和百万吨乙烯工程中超限设备有400多台,由于独山子建设工地远离内地及海洋,超限设备的运输受到运输距离长、道路等级低、高架桥通车高度不足、收费站无超宽车道等的限制,造成该项目超限设备物流管理困难。文章结合工程实际,将超限设备分为三级,论述了超限设备物流管理的内容、操作流程和过程控制,为同类项目建设过程中的超限设备物流管理提供经验借鉴。
There are more than 400 sets of over-sized/over-weighted equipment for the PetroChina Dushanzi 10 Million MTA Refinery 1 Million MTA Ethylene Project. The transportation distance between the construction site and inner China or ocean is very long, somewhere road class is low, viaduct clearance is not enough and toll-gate does not possess over-sized driveway, therefore the over-sized/over-weighted equip- ment logistic management becomes considerably difficult. Taking the actual project situation into consideration, this paper classifies over-sized/over-weighted equipment into three classes and discusses the contents of the equipment logistic management, operation flow and procedure control.
